- You must send us the item you want to change to our offices, in this case the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, we do not accept freight collect shipments. You can use the courier service of your choice, although we recommend that you hire a shipping service with tracking of the package, as we are not responsible if the item does not arrive at our offices.

If you wish to make an exchange, you have 15 calendar days from the delivery of your order. Genuins reserves the right to refuse exchanges communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received: box and item unused, with label and undamaged. If you want to take advantage of the exchange management and include an item for return you can do so, this has a charge of 5.95 € which will be subtracted from the amount of the credit. In the case of product substitutions due to changes with a price difference, if the product requested for the change has a higher price than the original order, the customer must pay the difference. In the event that the product has a lower value than the original order, the difference will be made by means of a personalised code for the customer, which will be valid for one year from the date on which it is generated.
