We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery. You can use any courier service you prefer, although we recommend that you use a service with package tracking, as we are not responsible if the item does not reach our offices. If you want to take advantage of the exchange process and include any item for return, you can do so, but there is a charge of €5.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of product substitutions for exchanges with a price difference, if the product requested for exchange has a higher price than the original order, the customer must pay the difference. If the product has a lower value than the original order, the difference will be made through a personalized code for the customer, which will be valid for one year from the date it is generated.
