Changes

If you want to make a change, you have 15 calendar days from the delivery of your order.

GENUINS reserves the right to reject changes communicated or sent outside the fixed period, or articles that are not under the same conditions in which they were received.

 - Changes in Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands

We take care of the first change of size, model or color whenever it is available.

Steps to follow:

  • Fill thisform requesting shipping/collection.
  • You have a period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the package to return or change your products.
  • Once we receive your application, we will send you an email with the instructions.
  • The change will be made at the same time, Seur messenger will give you and collect what you do not want.
  • You must wrap the box with any paper or bag to protect it from the trip back to our offices.
  • When we receive your package, it will be proven. Remember that products and box must be in perfect condition.

If you want to take advantage of change management and include an article for your return you can do it, this has a charge of € 8 that will be subtracted from the payment amount.

 *The return of the amount in purchases made during the Outlet campaign and GENUINS Day will be in exchange for a redeemable gift card in a new collection product.

*In the case of product substitutions for changes with price difference, if it is a product that is requested for the change, it has a higher price than the original order, the customer must pay the difference. In the event that the product has a lower value than the original order, the difference will be made by means of a custom customer code, which will be valid from one year from the date it is generated.

- International Changes or Canary Islands

Steps to follow:

  • Fill this form requesting shipping/collection.
  • You have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the package to return or change your products. You must send us the article you want to change to our offices, in this case the shipping costs are in charge of the client. You can use the messaging you prefer, although we recommend that you hire a shipping service with monitoring the package, since we are not responsible if the article does not reach our offices.
  • You have to put your name or order number so we can locate yourself.
  • Once we have the article here we will send you the article in the size you need.

 

Returns

To request the return you must indicate it in thisform.

To return the return, you must send us the package or deliver it in our offices, you can use the messaging you prefer, although we recommend that you hire a shipping service with monitoring of the package, since we do not take responsibility if the article is lost. The shipping costs are assumed by the client.

The refund will be carried out within a period of between 1 and 15 working days from the reception in our stores. The subscription will always be made in the same payment method that you made the purchase. If the payment is against refund you must provide us with an account number to make a bank transfer. In the sales and vacation season, the return period can be extended a little more.

* Only the amount of the product will be returned, not of the shipping costs.

* The return of the amount in purchases made during the campaign of the GENUINS Day will be in exchange for product or on gift card.

 *The return of the amount in the purchases made during the Megaoutlet campaign will be in exchange for the redeemable gift card in the product of new collection.

* No changes or returns of custom products are allowed.

* The return of the amount of purchases made outside that date will be in exchange for a gift card, with one year of validity.
