Horrible experience plus the shoes are totally uncomfortable

I ordered 2 type of shoes and they are very uncomfortable very rigid very heavy i feel like im wearing bricks. The bumps on the inside give pain in the sole while walking and even uncomfortable without walking.

About customer service! Horrible and very slow. I contacted them more than 5 times to ask where is my package that i didn't get in more than a month and i just been ignored. Finally after lot of complaining they discovered where it was and also sent a new package. The size didn't fit with the chart so i had to return and the extra orther they delivered. I actually just wanted my money back and to finish once forever with this company but i should have paid for return. So i asked to get a bigger size. The experience was a total mess and stresfull plus i ve got some santals that are not suitable product for me.

We are very surprise with your comment. Our footbeds are very soft and they are pattent. Also about our customer service, we are completely in love with our customers and we give them all the facilities to make the purchase and all the process easy. Anyway sorry for the inconvenience. Big Kiss!
