Me ha encantando mis sandalias, de talla perfecta y el material inmejorable!! Repetiré!!!

Estoy encantada con estas zapatillas. Compré unas de invierno y otras de verano y seguro repetiré.

I ordered 2 type of shoes and they are very uncomfortable very rigid very heavy i feel like im wearing bricks. The bumps on the inside give pain in the sole while walking and even uncomfortable without walking.

About customer service! Horrible and very slow. I contacted them more than 5 times to ask where is my package that i didn't get in more than a month and i just been ignored. Finally after lot of complaining they discovered where it was and also sent a new package. The size didn't fit with the chart so i had to return and the extra orther they delivered. I actually just wanted my money back and to finish once forever with this company but i should have paid for return. So i asked to get a bigger size. The experience was a total mess and stresfull plus i ve got some santals that are not suitable product for me.
